I am a Person-Centred Counsellor based in Northwich, Cheshire and offer private counselling and hypnotherapy sessions to adults and young people.

I also offer an affiliate service to EAP and Insurance providers.

In 2019 I completed my supervision training and now support both qualified counsellors and trainees in their professional work.

Person-Centred means that I work with what you bring in a way that will work best for you. I recognise that everyone is different and unique and hold your understanding of the world at the heart of every session.

I have over 12 years experience as a counsellor and have worked with organisations and charities before deciding to open my own private practice in 2017.

Counselling will give you the space to explore whatever may be troubling you and can provide emotional support for as long as you need it. Whether it is for a short term coping strategy or a more long term approach,

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and an accredited professional of the National Counselling Society.
