I am a Person-Centred Counsellor based in Northwich, Cheshire and offer private counselling, hypnotherapy and EMDR sessions to adults and young people.

I also offer an affiliate service to EAP and Insurance providers.

In 2019 I completed my supervision training and now support both qualified counsellors and trainees in their professional work.

Person-Centred means that I work with what you bring in a way that will work best for you. I recognise that everyone is different and unique and hold your understanding of the world at the heart of every session.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2010 and have worked with various organisations in the public and private sector before deciding to open my own private practice in 2017.
