Our emotional and mental health is a huge part of who we are. If we are struggling emotionally, or experiencing difficult thoughts and feelings, then this can also impact on who we are and the life we live.

I offer a range of services to support you in improving your emotional and mental health.

I provide a safe, confidential space to explore whatever may be troubling you and provide emotional support for as long as you need it - whether it is through short term coping strategies or a more long-term approach.

Taking the space to explore difficulties in a safe and supportive way, is the first step in working through and overcoming them.

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, Supervisor and Therapist based in Northwich, Cheshire. 

Person-Centred means that I work with what you bring in a way that will work best for you. I recognise that everyone is different and unique and hold your understanding of the world at the heart of every session.

I have over 15 years experience working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and bereavement.
